  1. Definition of the Service
    The provision of legal advice and assistance will be carried out by licensed practicing attorneys and will be delivered through electronic means. These services will be offered in accordance with Spanish law, ensuring that all recommendations, documents, and legal representations comply with current regulations and laws in Spain.

  2. Scope
    The service is provided for factual situations occurring within Spanish territory and to which Spanish law applies, with jurisdiction corresponding to the Spanish Judges and Courts. The content of the legal advice provided by PARALEGAL Y LEGAL cannot be used for purposes other than the personal use of the client; the public dissemination of said legal advice will require express authorization from PARALEGAL Y LEGAL.

  3. Client Identification
    For the purposes of these services, "Client" refers to any individual or legal entity contracting the legal services offered by our platform. The Client must complete an identification form before the commencement of the service. This form will include the minimum personal information necessary to ensure the proper provision of the service and to protect the client's privacy.

  4. Client Identification Form
    To request a simple legal consultation and to allow the Client to protect their privacy, the following minimum data will be required:

          · Name (or pseudonym, if the Client prefers not to use their real name).

          · Email address.

         · General description of the legal matter to be consulted. The information provided will be handled in accordance with our Privacy                 Policy and will be used exclusively for purposes related to the provision of the contracted legal service. This minimum data will                   allow  us to identify the Client and maintain effective communication while protecting their privacy.

  1. Payment Terms
    Legal and paralegal consultations must be paid for in advance before receiving the service. For services that include other types of legal advice or representation before the courts, the Client will be provided with a detailed estimate. This estimate must be accepted and paid for in accordance with the established terms before any additional services are rendered.

  2. Refund of Payment in Case of Inability to Provide Service

           6.1. Inability to Provide Service:
          In the event that, for any reason, the company is unable to provide the contracted legal service, the client will be entitled to a full                 refund of the payment made.

           6.2. Refund Procedure:
           The company commits to notifying the client of the inability to provide the service as soon as possible.
           Once the client has been notified, the refund will be processed within a maximum of 10 business days.

           6.3. Right of the Company to Withhold Service:
           The company reserves the right not to provide the service under exceptional circumstances that prevent the proper fulfillment of                 the service. These circumstances include, but are not limited to, force majeure events, technical unavailability, or any other situation              beyond the company's reasonable control.

           6.4. Exclusions:
           Refunds will not apply in cases where the client has violated the terms and conditions of the service, or when the inability to                       provide  the service is due to causes attributable to the client.

  1. Contracting Process

         Contract Form: To initiate the contracting process, the user must complete the form available on our website. This form collects the            necessary information to properly manage their request.

          Acceptance of Terms: By completing and submitting the form, the user expressly agrees to the contracting terms set forth in these              terms and conditions.

          Confirmation and Follow-up: Once the form is received, the user will receive an email at the provided address with detailed                        instructions on the next steps to complete the contracting process. It is the user's responsibility to provide a valid email address                   and check their inbox, including spam or promotions folders.

  1. Obligations of the Parties

      8.1. Company Obligations:

            · To provide the contracted Services with due diligence and in accordance with professional and ethical practices.

           · To maintain the confidentiality of all information provided by the Client.

           · To inform the Client about the progress and results of the contracted legal service.

       8.2. Client Obligations:

         · To provide truthful, complete, and updated information for the proper provision of the Services.

         · To pay for the Services according to the established terms and conditions.

         · To cooperate with the Company by providing all necessary documentation and information for the provision of the Service.

  1. Confidentiality and Data Protection


    The Company commits to treating all data and information provided by the Client confidentially, in accordance with the applicable data protection regulations.
    The Client's personal data will be processed in accordance with the privacy policy available on the Website and in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Spanish Organic Law on Data Protection and Guarantee of Digital Rights (LOPDGDD).

  2. Limitation of Liability


    The Company will not be liable for damages that may arise from interruptions or malfunctions of the Website due to causes beyond its control.
    The Company will not be liable for the actions or omissions of the Client that prevent the proper provision of the Services.

  3. Modifications to the General Terms and Conditions

    The Client's contracting of new Services after the publication of the modifications implies acceptance of the same.
